Structure Design

J1939 Type 2 Male Head: Generally 9 pin structure, it complies with the specifications for Type 2 connectors in the SAE J1939 standard and is used to connect with devices or systems with J1939 Type-2 interfaces for data transmission.

J1939 Female Head: Also following the SAE J1939 standard, it can be connected to other J1939 interface devices for easy expansion or switching between different J1939 systems.

OBD2 Female Head: With a standard interface of 16 pins, it complies with the OBD-II (On Board Diagnostics II) standard and is mainly used to connect OBD2 diagnostic equipment or other devices that support the OBD2 protocol to achieve functions such as vehicle diagnosis and data reading.

Compatibility: It can be compatible with various vehicle electronic control units (ECUs) that comply with the J1939 protocol, as well as diagnostic equipment and onboard computers that support the OBD2 standard, achieving seamless connection and data exchange between different devices.

Mechanical performance: It has good tensile, bending, and vibration resistance, and can adapt to various complex working conditions of vehicles during driving, ensuring the reliability and stability of connections.

Environmental adaptability: It can work normally within a wide temperature range (such as -40 ℃ to+85 ℃), has certain waterproof, dustproof, and anti-corrosion capabilities, and meets the requirements of different use environments for vehicles.
