Mechanical Performance Testing Standards

Wear resistance test: Simulate the friction situation that cables may experience in actual use, and conduct wear resistance tests according to relevant standards. For example, use a wear resistance testing machine to conduct a certain number of friction tests on the surface of the cable to check the degree of wear on the cable surface and ensure the integrity of the insulation and sheath.

Vibration resistance test: According to the application scenario and relevant standard requirements, the cable is installed on a vibration table and subjected to vibration tests of different frequencies, amplitudes, and times to check whether the cable connection is loose, whether the conductor is broken, whether the insulation is damaged, etc., to ensure the reliability of the cable in a vibration environment.
